Co-Design Process
We work collaboratively with communities, partners, and stakeholders to design interventions that address real needs and leverage local strengths. Our co-design process ensures that programs are impact oriented, culturally appropriate, contextually relevant, and owned by the communities experiencing the change or impact.
Community Engagements
We engage directly with community members through participatory methods that value local knowledge and perspectives. Our engagement approach builds trust, facilitates dialogue, and ensures that diverse voices are heard and incorporated into program design and implementation.
Community Engagement
We actively partner with community members, listening to their perspectives, incorporating their knowledge and priorities, and sharing decision-making power. Capacity Building
We invest in strengthening the skills, knowledge, and resources of communities, local organizations, and practitioners. Our capacity building initiatives create sustainable implementation capacity that continues long after our direct involvement ends.
Research & Evidence Generation
We conduct rigorous research and evaluation to generate evidence that informs policy, practice, and program design. Our research combines scientific methods with participatory approaches to produce actionable insights that drive systemic change.
